Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rollup Recipe
This delicious meal is one of my family's favorite recipes, and when a friend mentioned their family made it last week I couldn't wait to get it back on the menu plan!
It's easy, quick, and perfect on a busy night. You can definitely skip the jarred alfredo sauce and make it from scratch, but we were in a hurry this week so I took advantage of that (and made my life a wee bit easier) :). You could also skip the chicken if you're looking to keep it SUPER simple.
Ingredients:
- Lasagna Noodles
- Alfredo Sauce
- Chicken
- Oregano
- Garlic Salt
- Shredded Mozzarella
And on a totally random note, if you're not following a menu plan, can I just encourage you to try? After just a few days of decent dinners at home because I spent 10 minutes planning our menu this Monday our home has almost instantly run smoother.

Great recipe! I mixed my chicken with some of the Alfredo sauce and cheese. Then spread the mixture on the noodles and rolled…made it even easier!

How do you suggest making this ahead of time? Like the morning of the day you’re going to have it for dinner? Would you just assemble everything in the morning and refrigerate, then wait to pour the sauce over the noodles right before putting in the oven?

Yes, that’s what I would do! Maybe take it out a few minutes earlier to get it to room temperature before baking. Hope that helps!

This came together quickly and easily – I even made the homemade alfredo sauce, which came out a little grainy but tasted great so who cares. I thought rolling up the lasagna noodles would be tricky and messy but it really wasn’t. Everyone in our family loved this recipe. They suggested I make more next time so that we have leftovers.Reply

So glad you enjoyed it Alice ~ yayy! 🙂

If I make the Alfredo sauce recipe do I need to double it or is one batch of the sauce equal to the two jars?
Reply
Laurie says
Thanks so much for your question Chalice ~ one batch of the homemade sauce can be used in place of the two jars! 🙂 Hope that helps!

Could you make this before hand and freeze it??
Reply
Laurie says
Hmm, you should be able to Kim! (It might fare better if you freeze it before cooking ~ would love to hear how it goes if you end up trying it)! 🙂
